Bedsheets are not clean and AC is not working. Very bad experience. I can easily get a good room compared to this in the vicinity of this area.

The room was okay. The lighting was very dim. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Most likely the previous person staying here had smoked. The food was good. We had mutton, paneer, Chole. Everything was good. Breakfast buffet was also good. The location of the good. It is in Gomti nagar. A bit far from the touristy places in Lucknow. But the locality is good. And it not crowded.

Perfect stay and amazing team i love that hotel and it's cleanliness it was long 8 days stay and personally complimented the manager at desk on my last day i love the hotel , it's ambience and helpful poite staff keep it up guys and keep doing the best job

Since last 10 / 12 years I am staying in Comfort Inn. I never had any issues to complain. Excellent customer service and nice staff.
